Every SafeSport certificate current. Without chasing anyone.

VeloVisa keeps your club's SafeSport roster, sends each person their own course link with your registration code, reminds them before training lapses, reads the certificate they send back, and keeps a season report you can stand behind.

One loop for the whole club. Mostly on its own.

Every person moves through the same seven steps, and training stays valid for 365 days. Each part of VeloVisa handles its own steps, so the loop keeps running without a spreadsheet.

The seasonal roster check NEW

A wrong roster is the real risk: the coach who left is still counted, and the new coach is never reminded. Once or twice a season, each group answers two questions.

  • Who has left?People worth a second look come first: bounced email, no answer, or they reported leaving.
  • Who is missing?Add them, or upload this season's list and VeloVisa sorts it into add, remain and drop.
  • Nobody archived on a guessEvery reminder has an "I'm no longer with this club" link, which you review.

What it doesn't do.

Straight answers, so nothing surprises you after kickoff.

  • It doesn't host the training.Courses stay at the U.S. Center for SafeSport. VeloVisa links people there and tracks the result.
  • It doesn't read the Center's records directly. The Center offers no club-level feed, so completions come from returned certificates or the records you import.
  • It only emails.Someone with no email address is flagged on the roster for you to follow up in person.
  • It doesn't decide for you.Nobody is archived, exempted or accepted on a guess. Anything uncertain comes to you first.

Examples on this page use demo data. Certificates shown are not issued by the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
